Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The first assessment is free and genuinely useful. It is bounded to a sensible number of questions and engines so we can offer it to everyone.
Do you guarantee a number one spot?
No, and anyone who does is not being honest. AI engines change. We promise measurable improvement and honest proof through repeated measurement, never a guaranteed placement.
What do you actually do for my brand?
We make your product data clean and machine-readable, sharpen your titles, descriptions, and pricing, add the structured-data labels engines read, earn genuine presence in trusted sources, and re-measure to prove the lift.
Which AI assistants and marketplaces do you cover?
The major AI assistants and global plus country-specific marketplaces, and the set grows by configuration without a rebuild as new ones appear.
Do you use any tricks or fake reviews?
Never. Every method we use is white-hat. We will not create fake reviews, manufacture citations, or deceive an engine, because it is wrong and because engines detect it and it harms you. We earn your presence the honest way and prove the result with measurement.
Is my data safe?
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, a second secret for sensitive actions, and a full audit trail. You can export or erase your data any time.
What does it cost?
You start with a free assessment. We are in our launch beta, so a one-time $99 begins 90 days of the full service at launch pricing, with no monthly charge. That $99 is credited to your first month whenever you choose to upgrade. Beta pricing runs for our first three months only; after that, standard pricing applies to new customers. Plans are a flat monthly fee, no setup fee, no usage surprises.
What does the launch beta mean?
You get the full service, not a cut-down preview. Beta means the product is new and improving in the open: launch pricing, your feedback directly shapes what we build, and occasional rough edges may appear while we polish. In exchange, you join at $99 for 90 days, credited to your first month whenever you upgrade - a price that ends with the beta window.
What happens during the 90 days?
We run the full engine on your brand: clean your product data, sharpen your titles, descriptions, and pricing, add the structured data engines read, earn genuine presence in trusted sources, and re-measure across the AI assistants to prove the lift. You approve anything that goes public.
Do I need any tech skills?
No. We do the work and host it. If you want the on-site AI assistant, you paste one snippet; everything else is done for you, and you approve what goes public.
What if it does not work?
If your measured AI visibility does not improve in 90 days, you walk away owing nothing more. The one-time $99 is non-refundable, but you are never charged a monthly fee unless you choose to continue.
How do you prevent AI hallucination in my content?
Five layers. Everything we write is generated only from the data you gave us in your panel (your brief and your catalog) - never scraped or guessed, and the writing model is forbidden from inventing specs, statistics, reviews, or claims. A credibility gate then blocks unsupported superlatives and uncited claims before anything is stored. Nothing non-final can reach your eyes. Nothing goes public without your explicit approval, from a preview of the exact page. And every piece has an 'Ask for a change' button: we retire it and rewrite it with your correction.
Can you break my website's design or upload something to the wrong place?
Structurally, no. We have no write access to your website, CMS, or theme. The one-line snippet only injects invisible machine-readable data - it has no visual output and cannot change anything a visitor sees. Everything else we publish lives on pages we host; your site is untouched. Anything on your own properties is done by you with the exact final file we hand you, or through accounts you connect with previews and approvals. Every hosted page can be unpublished with one click.
Where does the content come from? I only want you to use what I provide.
That is exactly how it works. Your panel is the single source of truth: your brief and your catalog, written and editable by you. If you update something, the affected content regenerates. If nothing changes, we deliberately never rewrite it - re-churning stable content confuses the engines. You can correct any piece at any time and set standing preferences ('never mention discounts', 'British spelling') that apply to everything we write from then on.
How is my data secured, and who can see it?
Encryption in transit and at rest, passwordless one-time login codes (single-use, stored only as hashes), role-based access with per-brand isolation, a full audit trail, and signed webhooks. We never see or store card details - our payment provider is the merchant of record. Your data is exportable and erasable on request, we do not train models on it, and your reports and intelligence are private to you. The only cross-brand surface is the category benchmark, which shows anonymous aggregates only, never brand names, with a five-brand minimum per data point.
You run AI agents automatically. What keeps that safe?
Approval-first by default: nothing goes public in your name without your yes - full autopilot is a switch you flip only when you trust the quality. Under the hood: every job runs isolated so one failure never cascades, a hard daily spend ceiling prevents runaway costs, an independent watchdog alerts us if automation ever stalls, everything is logged, and everything published is reversible.
What about injection risk - the snippet, or someone manipulating the AI?
Both are covered. The snippet inserts inert structured data (JSON-LD) only - it is not executable, reads no cookies, touches no forms, calls no third parties, and if our endpoint were ever down your site renders exactly as before. Prefer zero third-party scripts? Skip it: the same data ships as static files you place on your own server. On the AI side, any text an outsider can type passes an injection guard before it reaches a model, the chat assistant answers only from your catalog and brief, and pricing questions never reach the model at all.
Why not just hire an SEO agency? They are cheaper.
An SEO agency optimizes your rank on a Google results page. We optimize whether you are named in the AI's answer - which is where a growing share of buying decisions now starts. Agencies do not measure AI answers; we query the real engines with real buyer questions and show you dated receipts. Agencies hand you a to-do list; we execute, host, and keep it current. And their work ends with the project; we re-measure weekly, catch it when a competitor displaces you, and deploy the counter-measures. If you only care about Google rank, hire the agency - honestly. If you care about being recommended by AI, that work does not exist in their retainer.
What exactly do I get for SEO, AEO, and GEO?
SEO: a crawler-access audit of your site with the exact fix, clean metadata and sitemaps on everything we host, fast indexable interlinked pages. AEO: validated entity schema (Organization, Product, FAQ) from your real data, answer-first pages for the real questions buyers ask (published only with your approval), an entity-consistency kit, llms.txt and machine-readable feeds. GEO: content shaped the way published research shows AI engines cite (quotable, real citations, answer-first), third-party corroboration building (reviews, directories, press), and weekly measurement with receipts plus a monthly category intelligence report.
What happens to everything if I cancel?
Everything durable stays yours: the structured data on your own site, your improved listings, the reviews and coverage you earned, and a full export of your data. Pages we host stop with the subscription - that is the honest trade of us hosting them. Cancel any time in Settings; no lock-in, no exit fees.
